Packaging and shipping methods depend on the product and destination. Inspect shipments promptly and retain packaging, labels and photographs when reporting an issue.
Returns and issues
Contact support before returning any item. Research materials, opened products and temperature-sensitive goods may be ineligible for return. Incorrect, damaged or missing items should be reported promptly with the order number and evidence.
